- All goods and services listed on the site, are offered by the respective Stores. jodo.store neither controls nor is responsible for the listed Content
- All items added by the Customer to their 'List', are directly sent to Stores, deemed appropriate by jodo.store, soliciting Responses
- All Responses from Stores are sent directly from the Store to the Customer. jodo.store neither controls nor is responsible for the Responses
- All Orders placed by Customers are sent directly to the corresponding Store. jodo.store neither controls nor is responsible for the Order
- The Merchant of the Store that receives an Order from a Customer is the only one responsible to fulfill the Order. jodo.store neither controls nor is responsible for Order fulfillment
- The Provision of any Logistics Option (Customer Location Delivery/ Pick-up) is at the sole discretion of the Merchant of the Store. jodo.store neither controls nor is responsible for such provisions
- jodo.store does not control payments made outside of site. All such payments are responsibilities of the parties involved in the payment
- Unless explicitly mentioned, all offers and the corresponding rewards are offered by the respective Merchants of the Stores where they are applicable. jodo.store will not be liable to refund/redeem for any such offers or rewards.
- All Orders will be subject to the Order Fulfillment, Logistics & Payments Policy and the Order Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
- All Store Specific Policies take precedence over the Generic Policies
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
- You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at any Participating Store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All Customer Store Accounts are governed by the Customer Store Accounts Policy
All registered users of jodo.store agree & consent to receive welcome SMS messages, and various promotional and transactional SMS messages at the phone number used during registration of account with jodo.store.
While jodo.store will make a sincere effort to avoid spamming registered users' phones with unnecessary SMS messages, all registered users also agree that the consent to receive promotional & transactional SMSes from jodo.store overrides any DND registry entries.
All registered users of jodo.store who agree to receive push notifications on their device agree to receive such notifications on any matters pertaining to their account at jodo.store.
While jodo.store will make a sincere effort to send necessary push notifications onto the users' device, jodo.store cannot guarantee the receipt of such notifications by the user owing to a multitude of reasons. Hence the user is advised not to rely solely on these notifications during the use of their account.
